About Me
Let's get to know each other!
As your Realtor, my first goal is to get to know you and to understand your needs and objectives. As your advocate and trusted advisor, the more I learn about you and your family, the better I can serve you.
ā
To that end, I think it's often helpful for me to open up and share my story. I want you to know who I am at heart, where I come from and what drives me.
ā
So, I invite you to read on and learn a little more about my story. And if there's more that you would like to know, please feel free to ask! In general, I'm an open book.
ā
This also feels like a great time to mention that part of my ethical code includes the strict confidentiality of anything you might share with me as part of our client-advisor relationship.

Read on to learn how I became "Reed the Realtor" and a little bit about what my life is all about.
Born in the vibrant city of Nashville and raised in the welcoming town of Hagerstown, Maryland, I’m the eldest of three siblings in a family where leadership, hard work, and personal growth have always been at the core of our values.
ā
My academic journey began at King’s College in Wilkes-Barre, PA, where I studied engineering and played lacrosse. However, I soon realized that the small college environment wasn’t quite the right fit for me. Returning home, I enrolled at Hagerstown Community College to reassess my goals. During this time, I discovered a passion for fitness and decided to pivot towards a career in personal training at Gold’s Gym.ā
Over the next seven years, I worked at various gyms, steadily building my expertise and ultimately concluding my fitness career as a director. Though this phase of my professional life was incredibly rewarding, I felt it was time for a new challenge that offered greater flexibility and income potential. That’s when my longstanding interest in real estate—sparked by my mother’s Southern Living home decor and countless HGTV episodes—took center stage.
ā
The pandemic provided an unexpected opportunity for change. With gyms closed and newfound time on my hands, I seized the moment to study for my real estate license. By September 2020, I had officially transitioned into the real estate world.
Today, I’m thrilled to be in an industry that keeps me continuously engaged with endless learning opportunities. Real estate allows me to connect with people and make a lasting impact on their lives, which is incredibly rewarding. I now live in downtown Frederick, where you can find me socializing with friends, exploring local restaurants, and embracing everything beautiful Frederick has to offer.
When I’m not working, you’ll find me living by my “Work Hard, Play Hard” mantra. My downtime is spent on the golf course, lifting weights, practicing Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, delving into a good book, tinkering with the piano, or exploring new wines.
ā
I’m excited to bring my dedication and enthusiasm to real estate, and I look forward to making a difference in the lives of my clients and community.
