Every new year brings fresh opportunities, and like many, I take this time to strategize and set goals—not just for my business, but for my personal growth as well. The goals I’ve set for 2025 are bold, and I couldn’t be more excited to chase them.
That said, a new year is also a time for reflection—to look ahead while appreciating how far we’ve come. 2024 was an incredible year for me in many ways. I leveled up my business, built meaningful new connections, and expanded my expertise as a professional. None of it would have been possible without the unwavering support of my friends, family, clients, and peers.

My New Role as Secretary for the Young Professionals Builders Council (YPBC)
In January 2024, the Frederick County Builders Association (FCBIA) launched a new Young Professionals Board (YPBC) with a mission to bridge the gap between emerging professionals and senior leadership in the building industry.
Eager to contribute to this initiative, I was honored to be named the first Secretary of the YPBC. This role has given me the opportunity to connect with industry professionals, deepen my knowledge of building developments, and gain valuable insight into the future of Frederick County’s growth.
As we step into 2025, I’m excited to continue serving as Secretary and further support this incredible council. In addition, I’ve joined the Land Use Council Board under FCBIA, where I look forward to forging new connections and advocating for responsible land use and planning efforts to ensure a strong, safe, and thriving Frederick County.
My First Multi-Family Deal - SOLD!
Last spring, I had the incredible opportunity to represent a long-time real estate investor from the DC area who was ready to divest their three-unit multifamily property in Hagerstown, Maryland. As a former Hagerstown resident, I was confident in my ability to guide them through a successful sale.
After months of careful planning and strategic updates—including plumbing improvements, fresh paint, and HVAC work—we positioned the property for success. The result? We found the right buyer who recognized the value of this investment.
Hagerstown continues to experience exciting growth and development, and I firmly believe it will remain a prime destination for families, businesses, and investors in the years to come.
First Annual Give & Grub: Donation Drive Event
Last year, on Saturday, March 23rd, I hosted my first Annual Give & Grub Donation Drive Event—and it was one of the most rewarding and well-attended events of the year!
Friends, family, clients, and community leaders all came together to give back to the Frederick community, donating hundreds of pounds of clothing, toiletries, canned goods, and other essentials. Every contribution was personally delivered to the Frederick Rescue Mission, an incredible organization dedicated to supporting those in need.

As of July, I am officially licensed in the state of Virginia! This marks my fourth real estate license, alongside Maryland, Pennsylvania, and West Virginia.

Commercial Real Estate - A New Venture
This past year, I had the honor of helping two clients secure new lease space for their businesses—both deeply committed to making a positive impact in their communities.
My first commercial client traveled all the way from New Orleans, Louisiana, to find office space in Hagerstown for his Rehabilitation & Reintegration Business, which helps individuals successfully reenter society by providing access to healthcare, stable housing, and meaningful employment opportunities.
After a full day of touring eight properties across Hagerstown, we found the perfect space to support his mission. Now, a year later, his organization is thriving—and they’re already looking for additional opportunities in Hagerstown to expand into housing solutions. It has been an incredible experience working with them.
My second commercial client is a small business owner in the metaphysical space who needed to relocate her shop from Taneytown, MD, to the thriving Frederick community. After a brief search, we found the perfect location on East Patrick Street, giving her prime visibility to grow her business.
My growing connection to commercial real estate has been no accident—it's a testament to the powerful network I've built and the meaningful relationships I’ve formed along the way. I'm excited to continue helping business owners find the ideal space to bring their visions to life this year.
