Just Listed in Hagerstown: 13810 Pulaski Drive — A Finished New Build in Paradise Heights

Washington County has had a steady, strong year. The county's median sale price reached about $326,000 in August, up 5.2% from a year earlier, and homes are still selling at full asking price on average. Some of the most visible change is happening on Hagerstown's North End, where Paradise Heights has been filling in lot by lot with new single-family homes from several builders, most of them on homesites of a third of an acre or more.
That's the setting for 13810 Pulaski Drive, a 2025 Remington model by Manor House Builders. It is finished and ready for a new owner now, which is the thing that sets it apart in a neighborhood where most of what's for sale is still a floor plan and a construction schedule. Offered at $529,900, it has four bedrooms, two and a half baths, 2,298 square feet above grade, and a full basement underneath.
The Main Level
Kitchen and open living area. The main floor is laid out as one continuous space, so the kitchen, dining area, and living room all share the same light and the same sightlines. The kitchen is built around a center island, with a pantry for storage and a stainless appliance package that includes the refrigerator, dishwasher, built-in microwave, and electric range. Ceilings are nine feet or higher, and recessed lighting runs throughout.
Morning room. At the back of the house, the morning room is lined with windows and pulls daylight deep into the main level. It works as a breakfast spot, a reading room, or simply an extension of the living area.

Powder room and garage. A half bath sits on the main level for guests. The attached two-car garage has an automatic opener, and the asphalt driveway holds four more cars, so there's parking for six without using the street.

Upstairs
Primary suite. The primary bedroom has its own private bath and a walk-in closet, set apart from the other three bedrooms.
Three additional bedrooms and hall bath. The remaining bedrooms are generously sized and share an oversized hall bath, sized to handle a busy morning schedule.
The Basement
1,042 square feet, unfinished. The full basement sits on a poured concrete foundation with a sump pump already installed and plumbing roughed in for a future bathroom. That rough-in matters: adding a bath later becomes a finishing project rather than a plumbing project. The space is suited to a recreation room, a gym, a media room, or a home office, and it can be finished on whatever timeline makes sense.
How It's Built
The house was completed in 2025, so every system and finish is new. It has a heat pump with central air, an architectural shingle roof, vinyl siding, double-pane windows, and both batt and blown-in insulation. Passive radon mitigation was built into the foundation. Water and sewer are public, and the HOA fee is $300 a year.

How It Compares
Paradise Heights gives buyers a real choice, so it's worth laying out the numbers plainly.

Ryan Homes is currently selling to-be-built plans in the community starting at $464,990 for the 2,737-square-foot Ballenger. That's a base price, before structural options, upgrades, and lot premiums are added, and it comes with a build timeline. At the other end, a newly built Richmond American Coronado just up the street at 13709 Pulaski Drive closed at $625,000 in February. That home is larger, with 3,900 square feet including a finished basement.
13810 Pulaski sits between those two, at about $231 per finished square foot. What it offers that a to-be-built plan can't is certainty. The house is complete, the price is known, and you can plan around a closing date rather than a construction calendar and a rate lock that has to hold until the house is done.
The Location
Paradise Heights sits just north of Hagerstown, with I-81 and I-70 both close by and Frederick roughly 30 minutes down I-70. Everyday shopping, including Longmeadow Shopping Center, is a short drive away. Paradise Heights is also outside Hagerstown city limits, so there is no city property tax on top of the county rate.
This is a drive-to neighborhood rather than a walkable one, and the quiet streets and larger lots are part of the trade.

The home is assigned to Washington County Public Schools: Maugansville Elementary (about 1.6 miles), Northern Middle (about 1.9 miles), and North Hagerstown High (about 2.2 miles).
